Back with the next Take a Stitch Tuesday stitch!
It’s been awhile since my last stitch (over a month!) but it’s a new year and my goal is keep this challenge going!
Next up is my absolute favorite stitch ever – the stem stitch. If I had to only use one stitch for the rest of my life it would be this one. Ha – quite a statement!
But it’s true. I love this stitch and have done whole embroidery projects using nothing but the stem stitch.
For my TAST sampler, I just stitched one simple single line using all 6 strands of floss.
You will see that I also used it for the “stem” in my Detached Chain stitch (TAST # 7).
